You can try to delete your temporary internet files, then refresh your browser. If it doesn't work, change your security settings to medium-low, or disable your firewall, if you have any. Or reset your browser settings to default...
What's the exact error?

I've had no problems with it. It is certainly better than Internet Explorer.
I've got an idea. Open up calculator, Start > All Programs > Accessories.
Press F1 and click the icon in the top right hand corner of your screen (the icon with the yellow question mark) and press jump to URL, then go to the Firefox site and try and download it like that.
Good luck!
Downloading firefox shouldn't be a problem.
You most likely have javascript turned off in your browser's internet options. You will need to enable javascript.
Once this is done, downloading and installing firefox should only be a few minutes.
I had no problems downloading it. Perhaps you can try the mozilla support site: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Fire...
Firefox is the best browser I've ever used and I've tried most of them. I hope you get the problem fixed!
