1.) console2 ( shows faults in css... / K-Meleon's default console )

6.) Bookmarks backup by Pike (altered to backup K-Meleon 1.1 profile data)
7.) Noscript
8.) Cookie Culler
9.) LiveHTPheaders

Mostly I use only 1, 2 and 3.

Well I can tell you that I don't make use of nine whole add ons however here are the current extension that I am using

I do not use 9, but there is a very good one i use that is not on your list, NoScript. It is a very good addon that prevents any web site that you do not fist approve from running scripts.
