Should I download Firefox and uninstall Safari?

I'm currently using Internet Explorer but also have Safari which I don't really use( I think it's a bit hard to use and youtube doesn't play on safari-don't know why).
I've heard that Firefox is good...
should I download firefox and unistall safari??

Answers:    YES YES YES YES!

Firefox is an amazing web browser, :D you can download all sorts of official add-ons and skins and it hardly ever freezes unlike Safari lol.

Its really easy to use and i recommend it.

Safari is better than internet explorer, but firefox is better than them both.
Firefox has more protection from viruses and spyware than the others.
It is simple and basic to use as well.
Firefox is very similar to the internet on a PC so is good for games etc.

You can have safari and firefox at the same time which i would recommend.

Firefox is pretty decent. You can use it to surf as easy as IE, and most of the time, Firefox actually loads faster. At least it does for me. I use both IE and Firefox. As for Safari, I don't know anything about it, but if you don't use it, might as well as uninstall it since it is just taking up disk space.
Firstly, STOP USING EXPLORER!
Then, yes, certainly download Firefox, there is a lot to like about it. But don't dump Safari because there are some things that it does better than Firefox. I keep Safari and Firefox in the dock, and alternate between them. Fore some web sites, I find that Safari works better, while for others Firefox does.
Most of the time though, they are equally good.
yes, safari is a bag of sh1t.

it takes up too much space and is generally rubbish compared to firefox.

Firefox basically has the same features, if it's private browsing your after, you can download an add-on for it (Sources) , youtube plug-in etc etc, its way better

good luck

James:)
In my view firefox is by far the best web browser, especially for mac users.

If I was using a pc I'd still use firefox.

Safari is getting a bit out of date now and not all companies test their sites to ensure compatibility with it, so you can end up with very untidy looking pages
I love Firefox. I haven't found an internet browser even half as good. It has many optional applications such as video saving (youtube) and every language compatible. instead of it coming up with ? on many wiki pages. Its also faster than Internet explorer and has the best protection from websites. And an excellent Phishing filter.
Firefox is the best. You can uninstall safari if you're not really using it or anyone using your computer. Maybe flash player plugins is not installed on your safari. That maybe why youtube doesn't work there. Go for firefox. It's more secure and has a lot of plugins.
Firefox is great. If your using Windows I would download Firefox and uninstall Safari.

If your on a Mac (most people with Safari are) I would install Firefox for Mac which you can download here: http://firefox.for-mac.com

No need to uninstall Safari, just use Firefox instead.
yes dear the firefox is the best and safe browser in da digital world...

it has many security fearures and u can save the username and password.... but the main thing to protect them u can set a master password... and u can customize as per ur wish....

Mozilla Fire Fox has very much error and viruses
You shouldn't install Mozilla Fire Fox. My computer installed Mozilla Fire Fox in last month that so it's had viruses.
Yes, I had safari, it's quite buggy. Firefox 3 is excellent, and better than IE. and comes with a range of plug-ins
It down to you .I like safari but if you don't use it then uninstall it and firefox is all so good.
Yes of course --Firefox 3 , IMHO is the best and safest browser out there!
