On Firefox
Go to
tools/Options/history/clear browsing history
Since you're already there, go to Forms and clear forms
Go to Cookies and clear cookies,
Go to Cache and clear Cache.
Then hit OK
Do this weekly and you'll computer will run smoothly.
When Fire fox is open Press Ctrl Shift Delete all at once.
...and select all of them
