1.Adblock
2.Adblock Filterset G. Updater
3.Download Accelerator Plus Integration
4.Download Status Bar
5.IE Tab
6.McAfee SiteAdvisor
7.Update Notifier
8.Yahoo! Toolbar w/ Anti-Spy

My PC is:
Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2/Intel Pentium D 820/2.80ghz/992 MB RAM/Motorola SB5101 Surfboard Cable Modem/Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router /D-Link AirPlus G DWL-G510 Wireless PCI Adapter(rev.B)

I would just use #1 .But i feel .McAfee SiteAdvisor is the one as it take time to check each site before opening it up for you . Also running a clean up tool helps making firefox run faster.


I'd guess Adblock but you might look at one that's not on the list; flash. it's the leading cause of slow. McAfee maybe; best thing is to do a control+alt and then view processes, and you'll know!
no doubt its McAfee Site Advisor.
