How do i get back a bookmarks folder in mozilla firefox if I accidentally deleted it?

               2.0.0.6 for Windows,Mac,Linux

Question:I deleted my bookmarks by accident. I had like 20 or 30 important sites on there. The sites to pay my bills, my credit cards, and other site i can't remember but know i need. I already tried undo, history , and restoring to before i deleted it, to no avail. I need that data back. Is their any way to get it back or should i hang myself to avoid the hassle ill soon experience?

you could find bookmarks backup in the below address:
C:\Documents and Settings\<your name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\...

The fast and easy solution for bookmark recovery (W2K and WXP):

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Import -> From File
Type "%APPDATA%" in the file field and press ENTER.

This opens the "Application Data" folder. Go down into Mozilla, then Firefox and finally Profiles.

This is the parent folder of your profile. You should see a folder called xxxxxxxx.default with xxxxxxx is any sequence of numbers and characters.

Enter this folder, find the bookmarkbackups folder and enter it. Then select the file with a date before the date you deleted your bookmarks.
I am not sure if this will help but try looking in the recycle bin. It might still be there
