How do I install Mozilla Firefox on a MacBook?

               2.0.0.6 for Windows,Mac,Linux

Question:When I try and install it, Firefox appears as a flasdrive type device on my desktop which I can eject. Is it suppose to do that? At school Mozilla is installed on all Macs as an actual application which can be found on the dash or under Applications. How do I achieve this? Please help

Answers:
Just drag Firefox to your Applications folder then eject the disk image. Most Mac software comes in disk image files.

Open the mounted drive, drag what is in there to your desktop or applications folder. After you do that, you can eject it. Firefox should work, then. Good luck.
