Any good downloading programs for firefox?

Question:What is a good downloading program with resume download option for firefox. That also has no Spyware Adware or viruses? This is for my firefox browser.

Answers:
I can't imagine why you would need anything more than the Built-in Download Manager in Firefox.

I used FireTune to optimize it and it is very fast, so "Resume" really isn't necessary.
