Is there anyway I can make the check emails link in Windows Messenger connect to firefox?

Question:I have Firefox set up as my default browser, but Windows Messenger still just uses IE when I click 'Check my emails'. I know it's because it's microsoft but surely there's a way to change it

Yes, you need to install the StuffPlug plugin called MsgPlug, for Windows Messenger (http://www.stuffplug.com/)

Careful though! MsgPlus contains a tick-box, that is clearly marked, to install the software sponser's programs. Don't install them!! By un-ticking the box, no software other than that intended is installed on your computer.
