Why won't youtube work for me?

I have a highspeed connection, the latest shockwave (V 10.1.3.018), and have tried both firefox and explorer. Neither one allowed the video to play past the two second mark. The whole video loads, it just pauses at two seconds, with no error messages or warnings. What is going on?

You need to make sure you have the update to date version of Flash - Latest is version 9.0.16.

Also check if you have problems at Gogole Video as that also uses a flash player.

Ensure that you aren't wasting your downlaod speed, so go to speedtest.net and make sure you actually do have a nice fast connection.

Also try various videos to see if it's not just that one.
