I have to do Ctrl-PrintScreen. But maybe not every computer use the same command. Once you do that the screenshot is in your clipboard. You can paste it to Paint or MS applications like MS Word.
there's a "Prnt Scrn" button at the top of the keyboard...that works as a "copy" command for the whole screen. if you want to copy all of a specific application window, open that application window and press "Alt+PrntScrn".
you can paste it into your favorite image editing program.
