like say i open the firefox and different tabs open at the same time, each with different homepage?
Answers:
Absolutely; all you have to do (in the latest version at least) is open the pages you want to use as your homepages in multiple tabs --> click on the 'Tools' menu --> select 'Options...' --> select the 'General' icon at the top (it should already be selected by default) --> and under 'Home Page', click 'Use Current Pages' and click 'OK'. You could also simply enter the desired webpages, separated by the '|' symbol, in the 'Location(s):' box in the ‘Options’ window and click 'OK'.
Firefox is great, isn't it?
yes it's called tab browsing
use the scroll buttom.
yes this is the web site you will want to go visit Learn all about Fire fox, the browser everyone is talking about — visit GetFirefox.com
This works great for me: in Firefox, click Tools, Options. On the General page, under the Home page location, put each site you want to open, separated by a | (which is usually located above the Enter key on a keyboard).
So to open both Yahoo and Google, each in their own tab, you would put in:
http://www.yahoo.com | http://www.google.com
