I need to remove CnsMin Spyware, help, please!!!?

Could someone kindly provide me with instructions on how to remove CnsMin spyware completely. I did it using Lavasoft booting WinXP in safe mode as directed by a person who told me yesterday here...but it came back!!!! How come it is posible??What can I do to stop it from ever getting on my computer again??Today I switched to Firefox. If you're so kind to help, write me to joseandres05@gawab.com. Thank you.

go to start press it then go to control panel off to the side then got to add or remove programs remove cnsmin spyware
