someone asked me how did i ever lose Internet Explorer..i don't know ...and i was told to go to restore...and that doesn't work ..i've been using firefox for almost a year...still asking about Netscape...do i get rid of it or add something else..sorry i'm not as bright as some of you but i'm trying to learn

If you're running Windows XP, you still have Internet Explorer web browser. You may have deleted the icon off of your desktop, or told Firefox to become your new default web browser.
Personally, I'd keep using Firefox. You'd only need Internet Explorer if you try to access a website using ActiveX controls.
To launch Internet Explorer again, go to Start > Programs > Internet Explorer.
