Best at what, per se? Norton does the most, but it also sucks resources and is balky to install. I have it and it was a pain to get running but now works. McAfee does a lot, but doesn't protect as well, and doesn't have as many repair and optimization features as Norton.
I like Win ZIP but honestly haven't tried the other. It's a case of if it's not broken, don't fix it.
The third one I am not sure of, though I run off a DSL and Opera may not show me the best results there.
