How do I fix my yahoo news? Anytime I try to access news.yahoo.com I get an error page.?

Anytime I try to access a yahoo news page either from the URL box or from my yahoo I get an error and the URL redirects to sandbox.news.yahoo.com. With Firefox the error says: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at sandbox.news.yahoo.com.

With IE the error says: The page cannot be displayed

I am running XP on a broadband connection and have run antivirus, antispy (3 different ones), cleared my cache and my temporary internet files. Any help is appreciated.
