When i try to open mozila firefox it wont open what do i do?

I keep on clicking on it and wait for a realy long time but it does not come up.

Don't click on it many times, because that will open up a lot of windows of Firefox. Instead, click on it once and WAIT for it to open. If it still doesn't open, uninstall it and install it again.
