i downloaded firefox about three days ago and i cant access it. theres a desktop icon with a box and cd inside labeled mozilla firefox but when i click on it it reads " must restart computer to complete" or sumthn like that...here is the problem though i restart my computer about 20 times and it still wont work. i also cant uninstall because its not located under my add or remove programs in the control panel..plzzzz tell me what to do to fix this
where did you download this file?
There is no need to restart your computer to install Firefox.
You might want to make sure your computer is free of viruses and other infections, your best bet is to get rid of windows and get linux.
Try downloading CCleaner, go onto tools from there and u can remove the program then try installing it again from the site, hope it helps
Try deleting that icon and re-downloading it.
