Answers:
tools, options, main, download to, browse to where you want the download to go
use the advanced user installation when installing and you can change the install path.
Here's how you change the default download location option in Mozilla Firefox:
Select Tools > Options.
In the "Main" tab of the dialog that appears, there's a sub-section called "Downloads".
1. You can select "Save files to" and set it to "D:\" or any folder you like.
2.Or select "Always ask me where to save files" so that when you start a download, you are asked where to save it, instead of being automatically saved to a set location.
Another thing, I don't think using Firefox for such a large file is a good idea. This is because you may not download the whole file at one go, and may need to resume the partial download at another time. Also, if something goes wrong and your download stops, you'll need to start it again, from scratch since Firefox doesn't support resuming downloads and all.
ALWAYS use a download manager for bigger files, which will give you all these features plus better download speeds. Flashget is the one I use.
