On Internet: Why suddenly no audio when using Firefox,(bennhac.com or benxua.com) while Explorer is OK?

Question:Is there anything to do with Microsoft. It doesn't allow update media 11 after failing validation of Microsoft XP 2000 software.
Another thing is: can't print pdf file, whlie setup of Adobe 8 failed due to there is another better program exists,
Is there any other way than paying Microsoft for loading a genuine software that they requested.
Do you think Microsoft try to make extra money by adding update, and doesn't allow people who just want to work as before continue without wanting an update? A way to become billionare with a lot of trick.
