Which internet browser is more efficient? Internet explorer or Mozilla firefox?
Answers:
Linux and Mozilla
linux is free
compare with explorer mozilla is fast.
but some web site it woun"t support.
linux is cheaper. i use firefox.
Well linux is cheaper, free, actually.
Many businesses however are finding that the training and migration to teach staff especially the non techy ones how to use linux however is not worth the savings amde from linux.
Internet Explorer is undoubtedly less secure than mozilla, however IE's integration with explorer makes viewing shared folders, ftp sites and local folders a breeze!
i use mozilla and it's great!!
it has more useful features like tabbed browsing, it's more reliable and i have the impression that it downloads pages faster
the only problem is that it doesn't work well with some websites using microsoft technologies (like ASP), but except that, it's a very good browser
try it and you'll adopt it
Linux is 25 % cheaper. Browser make little difference.
Linux, can download for, or if you want a CD you can purchase one from:

I use internet explorer, but only because that is what I have always used.
Firefox currently has about 6% of the internet browser market second to Microsoft which completely dominates.
My girlfriend swears by Firefox saying that it loads quicker and gives her better control of pop-ups and the like, very important on her 56K modem. It is also saposedly saposed to display web source code more accurately.
I have both on my computer but have only used Mozilla maybe once, was very impressed with the ease of use and ability to handle multiple open pages at once. Which reminds me to open Firefox as soon as I have finnished this answer.
Microsoft is more expensive; however, Linux does not have as much available software as Microsoft does. You may wind up buying Microsoft after buying Linux because you need a certain software.
Explorer or Firefox? You need to know which is more compatible. Internet explorer is the accepted standard. You should have more access to what you want now and in the future with Internet Explorer.
Like it or not, Microsoft is considered the "STANDARD" for software and the Internet. This is why Bill Gates is so rich. In the foreseeable future, Microsoft will still be around. There has to be a standard; otherwise, we would have to keep buying different operating systems and different software for everything. It is more cost effective to have a standard by which everything else is measured.
In the long run, Microsoft is cheaper; although, Microsoft is more expensive in the short term.
Linux is cheaper but not user friendly
Internet Explorer is more efficient but has to be set to get our desired results
